At Kidney Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
